Your dog is not welcome in Vanier: 11 parks disallow dogs 3 parks permit dogs on leash No park permits dogs off leash Let's loosen the restrictions on dogs, let's welcome all users to Vanier’s parks. Dogs and their owners are required to go to neighbouring communities to unleash and run. Responsible dog owners need not affect other park goer's enjoyment, we simply ask for more balanced park use restrictions. I encourage dog owners and all park users alike to call for an off leash area in Vanier at North River Road, add your name below and contact Ward 12 Councillor Mathieu Fleury.
