Protect Ida Hill

The Phi Sigma Kappa Alumni Association of Troy NY is again seeking a zoning use variance for the using the former St. Francis DeSales Church and Rectory for operation as a fraternity house. This variance was denied at the September 15, 2009 zoning board meeting.

The conditions have not changed. We see no reason why this should be approved.
