Contract Language

To The Board of Directors: Any contract offer that is tendered to any Rabbi present or future for services to be rendered should have at least two provisions incorporated in the contract language between the Rabbi and the Congregation. The first and most important provision is that the Rabbi shall specifically acknowledge that the words of the name of our Shul “Bikur Cholim Machizaky Hadath” are four words that represent a strategic attitude and focus that guide the congregation in its approach towards dealing with both members and non members alike. The second provision of the contract complements the first and would simply state that “acceptance of the contract offer by the congregations membership shall be confirmed by at least 60% (sixty percent) of the congregation’s membership in good standing that vote”.
