The nation fell in love with Ryan after his stunning performance of his song No Name on last weeks Britain's Got Talent.
But now Ryan faces being axed from the show as it emerged that the Irish singer had already appeared on rival show The Voice in Ireland.
As a result of his time on The Voice, the 19-year-old had to sign a contract with Universal Music which includes touring commitments.
A Britain’s Got Talent source told The Sun: 'Ryan can't take part in the live shows unless he is released from the contract.'
However, while Universal is happy for the Dubliner to continue on Britain’s Got Talent, it will NOT release him from his contract.
It seems Ryan is not ready to give up on his BGT dreams yet - Lets get together and petition for his RELEASE!!!!!
