We, the Undersigned, request that you, our government, legalize the cultivation and possession of marijuana. Studies show that alcohol, which is legal, kills more and leads to more crimes and accidents than marijuana. Marijuana has no physical dependency, whereas tobacco and alcohol do. We request that you make marijuana legal to possess and cultivate to a certain extent.
1.) Cultivation is a 10 plant limit.
2.) Cultivators and "users" must be 18 years of age or older.
3.) One carrying marijuana may not exceed the limit of 1 ounce.
Scientists have proven that marijuana is no where nearly as deadly as alcohol or tobacoo. Three in 20 people that drink become addicts. There is no physical dependency to marijuana and we think it's appauling that you keep this prohibited yet make legal deadly and addicting substances.
