Freedom for Chained Dogs Ireland

In 2016 thousands of dogs are still chained up outside and forgotten about. Under the Irish book of statue there is no law to protect dogs from this practice. It is cruel and unnecessary in today's ireland to continue this practice. I'm asking you to join the with us and help change the law by lobbying our politicians.
