Garbage Pick up in Montreal

As residents of Montreal, Quebec we want changes to be made to the garbage pick up which the city has changed to once a week. We are finding maggots in our garbage and the vermin will become a problem if this continues. We understand the City is trying to cut expenses but this should not be done in the summer months where the smells become intollerable.
