Mardi Gras Relocation

Due to recent events and poor, poor, poor planning by the douche bags in New Orleans, I petition that Mardi Gras be relocated to Phoenix, Arizona (more specifically: Cave Creek and Deer Valley Rd.) for the coming years. There is no reason why I should suffer (lack of boobies) because those fuckbags cannot design a city. Please, for the love of a Hetero-God, sign my petition. Thank you
